Refund policy

At Enviyo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we work with global suppliers, shipping and processing times may vary. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, as our fulfillment partners begin processing immediately.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Enviyo is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank
