Thank you for shopping with Enviyo. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated on this page.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned at checkout


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner:

  • Metro Cities: 3โ€“5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5โ€“8 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


6. Delays & Service Interruptions

Enviyo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Force majeure events


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if any) will exclude shipping costs


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the damaged package/product

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with a replacement or resolution as per our policy.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability is subject to location and order value.
Enviyo reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders.
